Seems good, nice perspective, but the feet are a bit too thin for the people on the far left and right.

Well, thats not a quick answer but I'll try to go directly to the point.
1st. I learned as much has I can by my self practicing every single day.
2nd. I meet people who worked in comics and send them samples so they can fix my problems with advises and re do samples again and again.(this was luck because they volunteered)
3rd. Send samples to the companies.
Do a 4 pages sample portafolio every time you send something or show something and never show something old, editors dont want to know about your progress, just your new stuff.
4rd. Go to shows and make lines to show portafolio.(learn what the editors tell you and dont talk back, just learn)
5th. Show your samples to pencilers they can give you the hint you where looking for to get better.
6th. Go to shows again and again until you get the opportunity.(And dont blew it)

You dont have many opportunities so when you have the first on take it and dont let go.

Hope this works...:)

Estudiar perspectivas
y estudiar narrativa.
Espero que esto responda tu pregunta.
